Hi, I'm Alysia Hare, and for more than 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate their insurance needs. After earning my business degree from the University of New Hampshire and spending a decade with another insurance company, my husband and I decided it was time to build something that better reflected our values and commitment to helping people. I also spent time in corporate leadership before returning to agency life because working directly with customers is what I enjoy most. My approach is simple: bring positive energy, a little humor, genuine kindness, and the knowledge needed to help people understand their options. We take our customers seriously, and we take the time to walk through every coverage, regardless of age or insurance experience.

Both my office and my family call Londonderry, NH home. Our office is located in the historic Robie House, built in 1877, near CVS, across from the Elliot Hospital offices and the Coach Stop Restaurant. My husband, Steve Hare, is also a State Farm agent, making us a true insurance family. Together we have two daughters, Leanna and Clara, along with two doodles and three Bengal cats that keep life interesting.

Giving back to the community is important to me. I’m active with the Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce and serve as a director within the Miss New Hampshire Scholarship Program, an organization dedicated to helping young women pursue higher education and future career opportunities. I previously directed the Miss Londonderry Scholarship Program and hope to help relaunch it in the future. I’m also a Justice of the Peace and enjoy officiating weddings whenever I have the chance.

Our office is built for busy families because we understand real life rarely follows a schedule. We’re a family friendly office, so children and pets are always welcome, and you can text us anytime. When I’m not helping customers, you’ll usually find our family cheering on our daughters at activities, working on a home renovation project, or relaxing in Adirondack chairs whenever New Hampshire weather allows.
